From Salt Lake City, Utah, take Highway 80 east for 30 miles to Highway 40. Go south on Highway 40 for a mile to the Kamas exit. Go southeast on Highway 189 for 12 miles to Kamas. Turn east on Highway 150 and travel 15 miles to the campground between mileposts 15 and 16. |

The campground contains several single-family sites, two double sites and one triple site, all with picnic tables and campfire rings. Vault toilets and trash collection are provided. Firewood is available for purchase from the host. Roads and parking spurs are paved. |

The Lower Provo River can easily be accessed from the campground and offers good trout fishing. Soapstone Basin is nearby, with miles of exciting off-road vehicle trails for riders of all skill levels. Numerous additional hiking, biking and horseback riding trails crisscross this beautiful region. |
